Step 1 – Use the search module or browse through available classes. Our wide range of classes is divided into class types, genres, levels of experience and group sizes.
Step 2 – Register for your ideal interactive class via the registration module.
Step 3 – Make sure to check the instructions – including URL and preparation notes – you’ll receive by mail. Join the online class room live and direct and meet your Trainer over there.
Step 4 – Review your class and consider a follow-up class to step up your game.
After the class, you’ll receive a link to rewatch the class for another two weeks.

Class variables
Every class is divided into a number of variables, all presented in their own unique shape. Starting with the class types Course, Workshop and Mentorship, followed by the level of experience and the group size.
Genres
Next to the main class variables, genres are linked to colors to genres to make sure you’re able to find the class(es) in your preferred genre easily. Green, for example, represents ‘Hip Hop & Trap’, blue represents ‘Drum ’n Bass’ and pink and purple represent ‘House & Techno’.
